Abstract
Lymphangiomas, far less common than hemangiomas, are benign overgrowths of lymphatic channels. They may be localized or diffuse, and their size ranges from a few millimeters to large localized cysts exceeding 10cm or diffuse involvement of an entire extremity.

We have been experienced three cases of lymphangiomas in each sites.

First case, a 6 years old female who complained of protrusion of tongue from the oral cavity due to macroglossia. This lymphangioma was excised and primary closure of wound margin was carried out. Pathologic diagnosis was lymphangioma, cavernous type.

Second case, a 22 years old female who had irregular scars on left axila with strawberry shaped protuded mass. This lesion was removed and single Z-plasty was carried out. Pathologic diagnosis was lymphangioma, capillary type.

Third case, 1? years old male who had a large protruding mass on right forearm and hand. This lesion was excised and skin repair was carried out by split thickness skin graft. Pathologic diagnosis was lymphangioma, cavernous type.

We reported our experiences and reviewed literature.
